At Oleet & Co. our commitment is not to the transaction, but to the client. Our experience has taught us that if we make a long-term commitment to understanding our clients, we can provide them with more appropriate counsel when the need for transactional guidance should arise.

As a member firm of FINRA, MSRB, and SIPC our firm is a properly regulated investment bank - something that sets Oleet & Co. apart in Northern New England. Through our membership in SIFMA, we maintain ties to colleagues at regional firms in other parts of the country, as well as to national and international firms.

We provide a range of services to our clients:

Corporate Finance Advisory
We structure and place credit facilities of at least $10 million (including senior, mezzanine, and convertible debt transactions); we arrange and raise equity capital of at least $5 million; we advise on bond issuances (including first mortgage and tax-exempt private activity bonds); we provide advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, and we provide long-term board-level strategic advisory services.

Municipal Finance Advisory
We structure and place tax-exempt credit facilities for municipalities, hospitals and other non-profits; we arrange bank loans (syndicated and multi-bank); we advise on private placements of debt; and we advise on taxable and tax-exempt institutional bond issuances.

Private Equity
Together with several family offices, we make principal investments through Oleet Partners, our private equity affiliate. Our investments tend to be long-term (typically more than ten years), and are made in established operating companies that have $2 million or more of EBITDA.
